As a Cognitive Behavioural hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Master Coach and Practitioner for Time Line Therapy,  I help people change their habits, feel more confident and reduce anxiety and stress levels.  By doing this people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time. 


My ability to offer both Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and NLP in isolation or in combination – means that I can achieve the best and quickest clinical results for you. The treatment plans for my clients may include mindfulness, relaxation based and ego strengthening. 

Treatments are individually personalised for each client and therapy designed to suit individual requirements.


Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

Cognitive Behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH) combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with hypnotherapy that  gives you the tools to manage and overcome daily stress and feelings of anxiety, overcome habits that we no longer want, Insomnia and more.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy helps you to manage your problems by changing the way you think, and behave. By integrating techniques from CBT and combining it with hypnotherapy, CBH can provide you with the tools to deal with your problems in a positive way.

CBT is a talking therapy, which looks at current problems, rather than past experiences.  It focuses on your ability to change, through altering how you think, feel and behave in the situation in question. We then use Hypnotherapy to the mix by giving you positive suggestions, while your conscious thoughts are suspended.

Neuro Linguistic Programming 

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is the practice of understanding how we think and process our thoughts (Neuro), the language patterns we use (Linguistic) and our behaviours (Programming) and how these influence the results we produce.

A key element of NLP is that everyone has their unique internal mental map of the world because  of the way they filter and perceive information absorbed through their five senses from the world around them.

NLP uses perceptual, behavioural, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions.

NLP offers a ‘tool-kit’ of techniques and mindset that is based on the study of human excellence. There are many tools in the NLP tool-kit – so we as Practitioners have the choice to blend tools in order to best help our clients. NLP offers practical solutions and focuses on clients making changes at an unconscious level. This leads to a change in their thinking which becomes automatic – they do not have to consciously think about the change or remember to behave or think differently. More importantly, changes made in this way, are long lasting and constructive.


Each one of us has a time line of good and bad, happy and painful experiences, events and memories. These shape the way we behave on a level we are not aware of and can hold us back in life. These behaviours may once have been a useful tool to survive but are now deeply embedded in the way we are that they have become a burden to us in the present.

As NLP teaches the awareness of a persons unique ‘map of the world’ the coaching part is the part were the practitioner enriches that persons map of the world through coaching – a form of talking therapy.


Coaching can be a blend of NLP, Hypnotherapy and/or Timeline Therapy where, depending on each client, the practitioner will assess and use what way forward will be the most useful. Coaching is a fantastic tool for setting goals, clearing obstacles, and shaking up limiting beliefs. It helps with meeting and exceeding goals, both professionally and personally.
