"I have a passion to

help others and if required use a combination of Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, Mindfullness & Relaxation Skills to make bespoke treatment plans

for my clients "

It’s a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together.

This is what happened with me. I have always been passionate about helping people. I have always had a desire about doing something that “Makes a Difference" in people’s life.

About a decade and a half ago, I went through a period in my life when I was undergoing IVF, I suffered from depression and anxiety. It was not a nice place to be. This led me to go to the doctors and I was put on anti-depressants, which I did not like taking. So, I decided to come off them and decided to have therapy sessions and started seeing a Hypnotherapist. This helped me immensely and in 2007 I became a mother and was blessed with twins.

However, this meant that I had to give up work and so I was a stay at home mum for nearly three years.

After having worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years, as a practice manager for a busy law firm, and then going back to it part-time in 2010, I decided that I wanted a change of career and made the decision to channel my energies into what gave me most pleasure in life which is helping others.

I started my therapeutic journey working with children and parents because after I became a mother, I found that parenting came with its own challenges that no one prepares any new parent for. My experiences in raising my twins, and in using NLP/CBT techniques and Hypnotherapy, to help them, inspired me to help others.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with Sarcoma, a rare type of Cancer. I underwent Radiotherapy followed by a major surgery to remove a large tumour from my lower back.

The time when the diagnoses came was a particularly stressful time for me and my family. Not too long ago I had lost my mother from this very dreadful disease so things were still raw. As you can understand my emotions were all over the place. This time however, I could help myself with the skills I had learned practicing Hypnotherapy and Mindfullness regularly during this period.

I am married to Sundeep, who is a Solicitor and I am mother to boy and girl twins who are now in their teens.

I am a creative person. I like arts and crafts and oil painting. I enjoy meeting new people and like socialising.

I am friendly, caring and approachable. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about my work. I continually update my training and skills so that I can help my clients in the best way possible.

My Approach

As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Master Coach, Practitioner for Time Line Therapy, NLP4Kids and Drawing and Talking Therapy Practitioner,  I help people change their habits, feel more confident and reduce anxiety and stress levels.  By doing this people of all ages can make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.

My approach is to draw on a number of different, integrated techniques.  My ability to offer both Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and NLP in isolation or in combination gives me the tools to achieve the best and quickest clinical results for you.

My approach also helps you to find ways in which you can teach yourself how to let go of self-defeating 'stories', learn to believe in your ability to achieve what you want, perform with confidence, or accept/let go of past experiences which are impairing your ability to either move forward or reach your full potential.

The Treatment plans that I create for my clients will be discussed with you and may include hypnotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness,

relaxation based techniques, ego strengthening or Drawing and Talking Therapy.

  • You will be receive your own individually personalised confidential treatment plan using a variety of safe techniques. Each person and each presenting problem is unique and the plan will be designed to suit your individual requirements.
